As a Social Media Manager at JOY, you will manage the social planning, content creation, amplification, optimisation and ing for a diverse group of clients, from lifestyle to tech to retail. You will have real opportunities for fast career progression and work closely with agency and client-level senior leaders. You will work as part of a fully integrated team, alongside integrated planners and buyers and digital and social specialists.

• You have robust paid social experience to understand the relationship and impact it has on driving business outcomes.
• You enjoy working autonomously and thrive on delivering creative and effective work across social.
• You have exceptional analytical skills to look beyond data and know what it means and how to leverage it.
• You are a strong team leader to guide, nurture and mentor junior team members.
• You have excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are a confident presenter.

What makes a great Social Media Manager at JOY?

• At least 3 years of social media experience.
• Have solid skillsets across social strategy, content planning and creation, paid social performance implementation, optimisation and measurement.
• Experience across all social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Strong applied experience across social analytic tools including platform-based and 3^rd party.
• Works well in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• A creative thinker who actively seeks solutions and is resourceful in solving problems.
• Experience with retail, Auto and B2B categories preferred.
• Experience in using Microsoft and Google Suite.

Must be an AU resident/citizen or have appropriate working rights.
