As we continue to expand, we are seeking Journeyman Plumbers to join our dedicated team. Candidates must be a Cheyenne registered journeyman plumbing license holder. As an experienced Plumber at Marv’s Plumbing & Heating, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing plumbing issues, conducting installations and maintenance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently.
Requirements
- 2+ years of plumbing service experience
- Valid Journeyman Plumbing license required
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of local plumbing codes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements
Responsibilities
- Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options
- Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites
- Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures
- Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations
- Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades
- Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
- Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
- Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
- Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicle and equipment
