WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Journey Health Operations Manager will manage daily operations, programs and service lines, and medical clinics. You will collaborate with Journey Health’s care management team to implement our care model, refine workflows, monitor performance improvement measurements for operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. This leader will foster an environment of collaboration through your work across all departments/the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of clinical and non-clinical staff
• Collaborate with Journey Health’s care management team which includes physicians, nurses, pharmacists, therapists, social workers, community health workers, and medical assistants to achieve improved operational outcomes
• Maintain visual management system for ongoing measurement and improvement of clinical operations
• Optimize utilization of technology applications used to support clinical operations and the medical clinics
• Oversee and mentor assigned team members, fostering an environment of open communication
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures across all aspects of operations

WHAT YOU NEED

• Masters in Health Administration, Masters in Business Administration, or Masters in Public Health
• 2-3 years of healthcare management experience
• Ability to effectively engage with other clinical providers, patients, families, and community based organizations
• Skilled at identifying gaps in processes and implementing improvements
• Familiarity with primary care, acute care, and chronic care management practices
• Knowledge of health and patient care regulations, and familiarity with value-based care delivery models
• Intrinsically motivated, open-minded with the vigor needed to thrive in a start-up environment

Pay: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
