Are you an experienced Finance Cost Analyst with expertise in manufacturing and production costing and modeling? If so, we want to hear from you!
Our Senior Cost Analyst is responsible for supporting the Accounting, Finance and Production departments with financial reporting, forecasting/planning, and production cost and scheduling analysis. This includes monthly variance analysis of production spending, weekly and monthly metric reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and assisting with development of forecasts and annual plans. The role is also a key partner to the Director of Plant Operations with production analysis and modeling, including capacity and production scheduling to support efficient plant operations.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years’ related experience
• Experience in manufacturing and production costing and modeling
• High Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Access and other financial modeling tools
• Ability to plan, organize and see projects to completion while managing deadlines
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization
• Time management/organization skills – the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks

Preferred:

• CPA or CMA certification
