In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining all of the HVAC equipment on the 1.2 million sq. ft. Capital One campus.

There are a total of eight buildings; administrative offices, parking ramps, and a conference center.

What will some of your day look like?

You will :

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and perform repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment and electrical equipment including large complex air movement and HVAC equipment.
• Perform inspections, repairs, and replacements of pumps and piping systems including valves, components, and fittings.
• Perform minor building maintenance as needed, plumbing, electrical, etc.
• Analyze basic heating, cooling, and humidification cycle to include identifying components, knowledge of the operation of each component, and diagnosing problems in other devices to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Inspect mechanical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment including measuring devices, hand and power tools, and testing equipment.
• Keep daily s, records, rounds, and readings for assigned equipment.

Who are we looking for?

Those with :

• A high school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of HVAC experience. We are happy to train you on additional building maintenance required!
• An EPA Universal license
• Completion of technical college or trade school is desired but not required

Schedules : Monday – Friday 8 : 00 a.m. – 4 : 30 p.m. and Monday – Friday 10 : 00 a.m. – 6 : 30 p.m. with slight flexibility on start and end times.

On-call and some overtime are required.

Pay : $28-32 / HR depending on experience
