JONATHAN Y DESIGNS Hiring for Logistics Assistant at New York, NY Full Time

We are looking for a Logistics Assistant to join our team at JONATHAN Y DESIGNS. This is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently collaborate with different team member to ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are successfully met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Assist inbound teams by entering shipments details, verifying invoices, pack lists, arrival notices and BOL’s.

· Communicate with overseas factories, forwarders and shippers

· Track and monitor all shipments in transit and update ETA

· Coordinate with warehouses to confirm receipt of all goods

· Monitor chargebacks of damage goods and/or missing items.

· Assist outbound team with order processing

· Update inventory list

· Troubleshoot EDI errors

· Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately

· Communicate with B2B customers on issue relating to shipment delays or shortages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar concentration required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills is a MUST
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment while managing multiples tasks and projects
• Strong attention to detail with effective prioritization skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
