HR Officer

Salary – £25,000 – £28,000

Located – Coventry

A HR Officer is required to join a busy team in the Coventry area where you will be responsible for all aspects of HR and providing an all-round HR service for the site. The HR Officer will provide advice and guidance on employee relations and support with recruitment campaigns. Candidates with experience of working in Manufacturing will be well received.

Due to growth this fantastic manufacturing company, based in the Coventry area requires a HR Officer to join the team who has experience of working in a busy HR environments for a new permanent role.

As the HR Officer you will be required to:
Provide advice and guidance to the team

Support the recruitment campaign

Deliver on boarding programmes for new starters

Provide disciplinary and grievance advice

Carry out exit interviews for leavers

Coordinate regular reports

Manage the HR system

Support the rollout of communications

Undertake HR audits

Supporting the team in rolling out HR projects and initiatives

Keep up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice

The HR Officer should have the following skills or experience:

Experience in a busy HR environment

CIPD qualification or working towards

Able to work towards tight deadlines

Previous experience in a HR generalist role

Experience in managing High volume employment relations casework

A knowledge of employment law

Experience of working in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
