We are working with a national, household brand who is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to help them deliver on their punchy growth plans over the next 12 months and beyond!

This is a permanent, full time opportunity for anyone that can travel to either Newport or Bath, 3 days per week (the other 2 remote!).

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Build relationships with hiring managers in the UK, the USA and Australia to become the point of contact for their recruitment needs
• Design and deliver talent strategies to attract top talent
• Work with the wider TA team to continuously optimise efficiencies and improve candidate and hiring manager experience
• Provide data for reporting on the metrics for the recruitment process including Time to Hire and Cost of Hire.
• Contribute to projects that add value to the business, including diversity and inclusion, assessments and employer branding

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience within a recruitment role with a solid understanding of how to attract and select candidates
• Is passionate about great candidate experience and a true advocate of this employer brand
• Is a proactive, self-starter who can work autonomously and take ownership for managing their vacancies
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable to navigate and optimise systems to ensure smooth processes and excellent data capture and reporting
• Is a creative thinker who can come up with new ideas that will add value to the Talent Acquisition offering
• Great team player, collaborator and communicator!
