JOB SUMMARY

The Digital Marketing Manager for JFC North America (Philippine Brand-Jollibee) is responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies of the Jollibee brand, by identifying trends and insights and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights. This includes recommending new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing, identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed; measuring marketing effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing against goals of return of investments (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimizing the online presence across digital touchpoints and executing cut-through digital marketing activities. S/he is responsible for the sales channels (online ordering, and 3rd Party Aggregators); generating site traffic; managing the brand/s’ presence on social and search platforms; developing a loyalty program and implementing email marketing efforts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Key Result Area #1: Performance Marketing
  • This role will be responsible for understanding the customer journey: developing paid media integrated plans, managing our paid media agency, drive creative strategies, and spearhead process improvements. They will lead end-to-end strategy and continual performance optimization of all paid advertising channels.
  • Create, manage, and scale customer acquisition and retention campaigns across a diverse paid channel mix including Google, Meta, TikTok, SnapChat and various large advertising platforms, adjust campaigns as needed to maximize ROI and optimal customer acquisition costs.
  • Manage creative testing and ad production, and manage paid landing page production to capture new audiences to expand total market.
  • Continuously optimize audience strategies across all paid channels and work closely with Brand and Creative teams to ensure consistent and aligned messaging across all channels.
  • Define key metrics and ing on paid acquisition performance across channels.
  • Evaluate and present paid acquisition effectiveness, as well as create and maintain a real-time ing dashboard, on funnel conversion performance, improvement opportunities, and growth strategies.
  • Manage monthly budgets/reconciliation in partnership with Brand and Finance teams.
  • Serve as paid media expert with internal stakeholders.

Key Result Area #2: Site Operations & Merchandising (Olo, Shopify, Yext)
  • Lead product strategy for eCommerce, including curating products on PLPs, selecting products for upcoming campaigns and product carousels throughout the site, and managing product/content linking strategy.
  • Own site merchandising best practices to implement sitewide.
  • Review website navigation usage and recommend optimizations.
  • Perform competitive research to enhance tools and tactics for product discovery.
  • Ensure products are represented in the most accurate and compelling manner, including enhancement of product visuals, descriptions, and copy.
  • Publish all marketing site content, including brand campaigns, region-specific requests, banners, SEO updates, campaign optimization and site enhancements.
  • Responsible for managing and editing pages based on cross-functional review and implementing the feedback for each given project before go-live.
  • Partner with IT to setup promotion codes and properly UAT mechanics.
  • Conduct thorough QA of site content to ensure a high-quality customer experience across mobile and desktop.
  • Influence on-site experience by presenting data driven insights and optimization opportunities to cross-functional teams that will lead to significant revenue growth for the business.
  • Establish KPIs and monitor performance impact of key UX improvements (features/ functionalities) launched to site.

Key Result Area #3: Email Marketing
  • Drive alignment meetings with Brand team to gather and share needs for email planning. This includes managing the email calendar, mapping deadlines and follow-up with Brand team to ensure timely email deployment.
  • Coordinate email development with the agency: share briefs & content, provide feedback, validate schedules, and set deadlines.
  • Test and validate emails and other necessary information with Digital Technology and Brand teams.
  • Maintain a competitive benchmark tracking of emails by strategy and by category.
  • Define and drive AB test strategy.
  • Conduct analysis post deployment. on results and partner with Brand team to identify improvements for future campaigns.

Key Result Area #4: Organic Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Oversee and manage campaign strategy with creative agency, content calendar, ing, and optimization across brand and collaborator’s social channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of social media strategies for channels such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, and emerging platforms.
  • Own collaboration strategy and ideation as it relates to social media.
  • Work with Brand team, content creators, and external brand partners to conceptualize, design, and create engaging and shareable campaign content.
  • Manage asset requests for social content.
  • Create s on engagement KPIs and track collaboration goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Remains up to date on new technology, platform enhancements, macro trends, and competitor activity to apply to strategic plans.

Key Result Area #5: SEO
  • Coordinate with agency on strategy definition, roadmap prioritization, content and technical SEO optimizations, automation, and innovation.
  • Align regularly with the Paid Search team on keyword research, analysis and testing to find the best balance between organic and paid and ensure a profitable and sustainable marketing mix.
  • Design and propose SEO experiments to test new techniques and strategies for ROI growth.
  • Regularly on SEO performance in main KPIs, such as rankings, traffic and conversion for all markets and product categories.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest SEO trends and algorithm updates and constantly share with the extended team major trends and possible impact.

Key Result Area #6: Analytics ing
  • Own weekly/monthly website and paid media ing. Compile recap decks based on campaign KPIs. Support ad hoc requests for data and insights from other teams, regional partners, and senior leadership.
  • Manage website ing process with cross-functional partners, covering topics such as digital marketing, on-site merchandising, product performance, and conversion trends.
  • Help the organization refine and evolve campaign ing to meet the needs of all cross-functional partners.
  • Help the team understand digital marketing campaign performance, allowing key stakeholders to make strategic decisions based on performance.
  • Share analytical insights and be the role of analytics expert in multiple settings. Support leadership by taking and translating analytics into business actions.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Education
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field or any equivalent related course.

Experience
  • At least 5-7 years of progressive and extensive work experience in digital marketing from manufacturing and/or foodservice industry, or any equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
  • Demonstrated/demonstrable experience leading and managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO)/Search Engine Marketing (SEM), marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Demonstrated/demonstrable experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in website and marketing analytics tools.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Bona Fide Occupational Qualifications (BFQs) (Required Training, License & Certification)
  • Experience with web tools: Shopify (CMS), Klaviyo (Email), Braze
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Expert in Google AdWords, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, YouTube
  • Proven expertise in campaign and channel analysis and ing, including Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of tools like, Google Search Console, ScreamingFrog, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs and SEMrush

Skills and Essential Traits
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional teams, IT, marketing disciplines, and vendors/consultants
  • Experience being the lead project manager on strategic digital initiatives across global and regional teams
  • 1-3 years of experience working in QSR and managing aggregators (DoorDash, etc.)
