Johnson Service Group (JSG) is a nationally recognized professional staffing and recruiting firm that is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner II with 4 years experience. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and assist in developing an appropriate recruiting strategy.
• Provide reports to hiring managers when needed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients to ensure staffing needs are met.
• Actively engage suitable candidates through database search, networking, employment forums, and other social media platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure federal/state laws are met.
• Facilitate the internal transfer process including screening, resume review, coordination of interview with the hiring manager.
• Recommend advertising programs (external/internal) in order to ensure high visibility with potential applicants.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields and a minimum of four (4) years recruiting experience, preferably in Banking/financial services.
• OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum eight (8) years experience in recruiting. Preferably banking/finance.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivated.
• Recruitment systems/social media/ATS experience.
• Demonstrated ability to form strong business relationships.
