A leading global consulting firm with a well established footprint across Australia, this organisation is known for delivering storing outcomes and transformations for its clients, including some of Australia’s largest businesses.

With the digital landscape continuing to evolve, the organisation has continued to grow and is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team and help drive this growth by assisting in the sourcing and recruitment of top talent.

The Role

Key Responsibilities include:

• Liaising with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and work to fill required roles across the organisations APAC business
• Taking briefs, writing job adverts, posting ads, managing applications via their APS
• Engage with talent, including phone screening, arranging interviews with hiring managers
• Work closely with agency contacts to supplement your own pipeline of candidates
• Predominantly recruiting across digital, automation, data and AI

The Person

To be considered for the role you will need:

• Prior Recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience (internal or agency)
• Experienced in managing end to end recruitment processes
• Strong skills in candidate management and proactive searching, utilising SEEK, LinkedIn and other applicable databases
• Highly effective communication skills, able to influence and negotiate with hiring managers and candidates
• Strong attention to detail
