Johnson & Johnson Hiring for Hospital Marketing Associate – MENTOR at United States Full Time

Mentor Worldwide LLC, part of the Johnson & Johnson Medical Device Companies, is currently seeking a US Hospital Marketing Associate. Irvine, CA is the preferred location, however we are open to remote candidates who are able to travel 25% of the time to Irvine.

Mentor is a leading supplier of breast implants in the global aesthetic market. The company develops, manufactures, and markets innovative, science-based products for surgical and non-surgical medical procedures that allow breast surgery patients to improve their quality of life. The company is focused on two strategic areas: breast reconstruction and breast augmentation. MENTOR® breast implants and expanders are made in the U.S.A. and for over 30 years, more than 7 million women have chosen MENTOR® Breast Implants.

Position Summary:
This position is entrusted with driving Mentor’s growth in the Hospital Reconstruction segment of the business.

Main Responsibilities:
Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson procedures and guidelines, this position will:

• Support the US Hospital Strategy Lead with strategic projects such as developing, implementing, and reporting outcomes in collaboration with internal and external parties to Mentor
• Work with marketing and cross-functional partners to execute the hospital reconstruction growth strategy, including segmentation/ targeting/ positioning and Go-to-Market plan
• Support reconstruction strategic partnerships and work to execute effective field implementation of the plans
• Support the strategy and drive the execution for customer/consumer acquisition/ engagement/ retention (e.g., support the awareness and education around the benefits of reconstruction procedures)
• Support new product commercialization and the existing portfolio management in the US
• Sales enablement – establish tactics to support the messaging, tools, and training to win in the Hospital (reconstruction)
• Support the Strategy Lead to manage the marketing budget to ensure programs come in on time, within budget and are deemed to be effective
• Build and deliver sales metrics and ROI programs that provide objective insights to commercial marketing effectiveness and execution
• Identify opportunities for marketing performance improvements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years of overall business or relevant marketing experience
• Proven track record of success executing programs to drive growth
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• 25% travel. Additional travel may be required on weekends and domestically.

Preferred

• MBA degree
• Experience with launching new products to increase consumer/ customer adoption
• Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries through influence, negotiation and partnership
• Relevant Marketing, Sales, Agency experience

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $88,000 – $123,000
