Reporting to the Strategic Professional Education Manager – this role will utilize your communication and compliance knowledge to build and deliver enviable training that makes a difference to patients and practitioners daily.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Working within the Governance frameworks of AU and NZ to consistently deliver defined educational pathways.
• Fostering positive relationships within the business unit, supporting their strategic goals with your unique knowledge of educational principles and compliance requirements.
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team to deliver and exceed the agreed business plan, with a unified vision on desired outcomes.
• Bringing to life all the latest technological innovations and advancements that will make a difference to both the surgeons and patients, through upholding best practices in education and delivery.
• Reporting and communicating on educational programs, within set time frames and budgets.

Qualifications

About YOU

• Demonstrated commercial experience across medical devices.
• A proven track record of education, learning and development of marketing or educational events.
• Business or Science related tertiary qualification- you are someone always striving to achieve.
• Multitask, analytical, an intellectually curious do-er, a great teammate, a strong project manager, a self-starter and creative. You are passionate about healthcare, an influencer, organized and connected.
• The ability to develop and partner with a highly educated surgeon-based clientele; and high integrity aligned to our company’s core values.
• Proven internal and external collaboration.
• Ensures the tracking and reporting on status of several projects and confirms ongoing evaluations of programs
