This organization is looking for a highly motivated, organized and detail oriented Finance Assistant to help support the day-to-day financial operations, develop and manage internal tracking systems and assist with ongoing client contracts and business accounts.

This is a full time, direct hire position with generous benefits. Position starts out remote and when deemed safe to do so will return to on-site location in Northampton MA

In this role you will be responsible for:
Invoicing clients, tracking payments, managing bills, reviewing expense reports and reconciling checking and credit card accounts

Monitoring contracts and contractual terms for internal tracking purposes.

Facilitate correspondence with health and business brokers for benefit renewals and maintaining benefit resources for employees

Provide administrative support to the Finance and HR Manager as needed.

Requirements include:
2+ years’ experience in accounting / finance

Bachelors’ Degree

Strong proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, Google sheets, Google Apps and MS Office

Professional, proactive and positive business attitude

Effective multi-tasking skills with the ability to track and manage the status of various projects simultaneously

Ability to work well independently, remotely, as well as in a team environment
