What you will do
You will primarily be responsible for providing direct administrative and office management support to the Project Management team. This position assists Project Management staff with various project analysis, document control, data entry, and reporting for the entire lifecycle of the project portfolio.
How you will do it
Help with onsite data collection.
Maintain client project management databases.
Production status reporting for multiple projects.
Update and maintain project management KPIs and internal tracking.
Attend internal and external meeting, take minutes, and follow up on open items with respective team members.
Read End of Day (EOD) Reports, record EOD data into database, update and analyze EOD issues.
Develop and maintain tracking for site components.
Maintain a professional image and demeanor with all employees, management, executives, and visitors.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What we look for
Required:
2 years’ experience in an office environment
Strong knowledge of general office procedures
Computer literacy including effective working skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude
Meticulous records maintenance skills with the ability to maintain filing systems and basic databases
Superior telephone manners and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability
Excellent teamwork and team building skills
