Reporting into the Head of People & Culture, this role partners with our business units and leaders to attract and map internal and external talent within City Beach to support our ongoing success as a market leader in retail.
2022 is shaping up to be a huge year for the City Beach People & Culture team with a new HRIS on the road map, and an EVP project and career pathways project to kick off. The Talent Partner will be instrumental in all three projects, and will have the opportunity to drive other key talent initiatives working with our amazing marketing and communications teams.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the talent acquisition process across our head office, distribution centre and retail business units
- Optimise and provide advice on best-practice for our current talent acquisition methodologies
- Establish talent pipelines and pools for core business units
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners
- Forecast talent requirements for seasonal periods and projects
- Lead bulk recruitment and seasonal campaigns
- Share reporting and talent insights to drive talent outcomes
What we’re looking for:
- A passionate talent specialist looking to drive proactive talent management strategies
- Experience working in a fast paced and volume driven environment
- A solution focused individual whose passion lies in working through problems for the benefits of the business and our people
- Effective working knowledge of an ATS and other HRIS systems
