An opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to be part of the Lendlease resourcing team based at their global HQ at Barangaroo. Working in a multidisciplinary People & Culture team you will deliver full end-to-end recruitment processes whilst also providing strategic sourcing across a broad range of property and development related opportunities.

Supporting the Lendlease Development and Investment Management business, this opportunity will see you managing and building relationships with hiring managers, managing end to end recruitment from screening through to offer negotiations and developing and maintaining talent pools of relevant candidates in the property industry. You will be part of an experienced team in a fast-paced environment that offers variety in your role including contribution to the delivery of strategic recruitment projects, talent pipelining and business intelligence research.

This is the perfect next step for an agency recruiter with a passion for talent acquisition or an experienced internal recruiter with an established network in the property and/or construction sectors. As a highly organised, responsive and delivery outcome focused professional you will possess strong communication skills and the drive to learn new sourcing channels and technology. You are someone who aspires to deliver quality, innovative and smart solutions to your stakeholders.
