About the role

We are currently looking for Senior Resourcing Lead to join the People team on major John Holland Rail project.

The role will provide guidance on recruitment, on boarding, remuneration, cultural diversity, workforce planning and coordination of resourcing matters across other stakeholder organisations people teams.

Accountabilities:

• Provide resourcing support, coordination and assistance to project
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with JV organisations to support resourcing and recruitment activities
• Undertake recruitment activites on behalf of the JV
• Assist in the implementation of training and develop initiatives
• Coordinate implemententation of resourcing procedures
• Build and encourage cultural diversity

About you:

• Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources and/ or Resourcing role ideally within a project environment
• Ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally
• Strong organisation and coordination skills
• Previous management experience
