About the role

We are currently looking for Resourcing Advisor to join our national team. Intially focusing on recruiting for the national Building business unit who deliver iconic building projects across Australia

The National Resourcing team plays an integral part in keeping John Holland moving forward and you will be working on projects currently underway now and on the horizon.

Working in our Brisbane office you will join an established team and be surrounded by high performing recruitment specialists.

About you

• You will join an established and high performing resource/recruitment team
• You will be part of an extremely busy and successful top tier contractor
• Full end to end resource function within the Building BU – advertising, networking, social media to promote employment opportunities.
• You will have developed a level of expertise in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders
• Be able to share and collaborate within a busy team environment
• Bring to the team demonstrated recruitment experience within an internal or agency role
• Ideally have an understanding of the built environment having previously recruited in this space
