Day in the life of a Sales Coordinator

• Coordinate sales leads ensuring they turn into appointments with our sales team
• Communicate with technicians to set sales leads and create an effective transition from technicians to sales reps
• Ensure the right salesperson is assigned to the right home for the best fit
• Complete post appointment follow up with customers
• Ensure the sales team has the right number of leads each day
• Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and fulfill our mission, while abiding by the JH core values

What We Need

• Work at a fast pace and complete tasks efficiently and safely
• Work independently and collaboratively with a team, suppliers, vendors, and customers
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Thorough understanding of purchasing procedures and policies
• Use computer, tablet, smart phone, and read a map and/or follow GPS
• Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record; maintain a good driving record in compliance with John Henry’s requirements
• Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal and driving background checks
