The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join high performing People & Culture Team and be part of Global organisation. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is responsible for reviewing our global HR initiatives & system improvements and ensures the effective execution on local level through project coordination. The role is also responsible for jurisdictional reporting and analytics requirements.
This role will suit someone who has understanding of HR Systems and processes along with exposure to payroll and WorkCover and is looking to take the next step in pursuing a long-term career.
Role Responsibilities:
- Integrating and coordinating Global HR Projects & System Initiatives
- Regional lead for HRIS enhancements covering all aspects of Global and regional systems.
- Responsible for regional reporting requirements, including government and organisational reporting.
- Responsible for managing WorkCover claims and acts as Return-to-Work Coordinator.
- Manages the administration for our Compensation & Benefits program
- Manages the Onboarding Employee Experience.
- Provides support and backup for payroll for Australia & New Zealand.
- Performs various HR administrative duties.
To be successful in the role you will have:
- Strong system knowledge & aptitude to work with systems
- Demonstrable knowledge of payroll processes and understanding of WorkCover legislation
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands
- Ability to be agile and work in a fast-paced environment, adaptable to change and able to deal with ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with various stakeholders to find out information proactively and problem solve to provide suggested solutions without specific processes
- Strong Administrative skills
- Good presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work as a team and resolve issues/queries.
- Prior experience working with projects will also be helpful
