HR Generalist, Sr. Job Scope-

We are excited to source and hire a Sr. Human Resources Generalist. This rolewill be responsible for all administrative aspects of the human resources activities and functions and will provide administrative support to the HR Department.

Daily Roles and Responsibilities-

• Oversee all HR related tasks for both corporate and field employees
• Talent and performance management
• Retention, engagement, and succession planning
• Employee relations
• Legal compliance
• Partner with Recruiting to assist with talent acquisition and performance
• Benefits & compensation
• Policy development
• Training & development initiatives
• Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law
• Other tasks, as assigned

Required Skills and Experience-

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interactive effectively with a diverse workforce.
• Excellent listening, communication, oral presentation, and writing skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• 5+ year’s professional Human Resources generalist experience, preferably in a production environment with an emphasis on employee relations.
• Thorough knowledge of employment law and the principles and practices of effective Human Resources management.

• Proficient in all Microsoft applications including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong PC knowledge and navigation proficiency.
• Honest, trustworthy, and hard working

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
