Job Summary:

In this FULLY REMOTE role, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified, empathetic, and experienced healthcare professionals and building lasting relationships with them. You will work as part of an energetic team to facilitate high volume hiring for various healthcare related positions. In this dynamic position you will garner a wealth of knowledge and understanding, not only of various healthcare professions, but also of various roles within Jogan itself. You will work closely with your compatriots in HR, Business Development, and Operations and gain a full understanding of the healthcare staffing process. Together we will succeed in our goal of providing quality care for our caregivers so that they may provide quality care to our communities.

Essential Duties:

• Provide support to the organization by finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
• Review large number of resumes and actively source candidates
• Facilitate in coordination with HR background checks and employment reference checking.
• Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience
• Experience working with an ATS system
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, google docs, e-calendar systems
• Outstanding organizational & time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00/year + UNCAPPED Commission.
