Job Summary:

This position is responsible for meeting performance expectations in the areas of healthcare recruitment, service excellence, and resource utilization. As a Recruiter you will build relationships with the hiring managers, determine job specific needs, source, interview, and facilitate high volume hiring for various healthcare related positions. Weekends May Required.

Essential Duties:

• Provide support to the organization in finding qualified candidates for vacant job positions.
• Review large number of resumes and actively source candidates
• Facilitate in coordination with HR background checks and employment reference checking.
• Work according to the rules, regulations, and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, google docs, e-calendar systems
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality

Not a Remote position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
