Minimum 1 Year Experience as an Escrow Officer:

Responsibilities of the Escrow Officer:

• Depositing and handling escrow funds/documents
• Ordering title commitments, tax certificates, loan documents, and other necessary files
• Resolving any existing issues with a real estates title such as liens or defects
• The Escrow Officer need to Maintain escrow documents and records
• Scheduling closings and preparing closing documents
• The Escrow Officer needs to Inform customers of the current status of the closing process
• · Providing excellent customer service to clients.
• · Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
• · Keeping a portfolio of clients and previous closings
• · Escrow Officer has additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Benefits of the Escrow Officer:

· $ 55000 to $ 90000 a Year

· 6 Month contract

· Possibility of conversion to a full-time employee

· 40 hours weekly

· Day Shift 8 am-5 pm

· Weekdays

Qualifications of Escrow Officer:

• Escrow Officer must have experience in escrow of at least 1 years
• Escrow Officer must have experience as an Escrow Officer with your own desk of at least 5 years
• Experience using RBJ software is a PLUS
• Escrow Officers need to be able to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Escrow Officer Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
• The escrow Officer should be commercial Real Estate experience is a plus
• Salary based on experience + Benefits/401k + Commission
