The Software Engineer will be a key member of the Software Development team by solving complicated, challenging problems with code and delivering solutions that make a real difference to job seekers and teams.

Responsibilities :

• Hands-on coding, unit-testing, and maintenance of projects for the Engineering team, based on system specifications and Change Requests provided by the business team.
• Oversee the automation of business and technical processes, troubleshoot production issues, and fix them as needed, maintaining and improving deployed code as needed.
• Work closely with the Product line Technical Leads and other software engineers to ensure that company coding standards, policies, and IT procedures are observed as well as participate in the evaluation and selection of new strategies and technologies.

Requirements :

• 4 plus years of experience building web applications using both Node JS and C# / .NET Framework.
• Thorough knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, ES6 JavaScript.
• Experience designing clean and maintainable RESTful APIs.
• Solid RDBMS and NoSQL database experience. Specifically, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and MongoDB.
• Familiarity with JavaScript Frontend frameworks (React.js / Next.js, Vue / Nuxt.js).
• Familiarity with JavaScript Backend frameworks (Express.js)
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud Services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB), a plus.
• Good knowledge of basic large-scale internet service architectures (such as load balancing, CDNs, Queues, etc.), even if you haven’t worked on one.
• Experience with common development tools such as Apache, Redis, Git, and Docker.
• Ability to learn new software languages, frameworks, and APIs quickly.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Sharp and tenacious troubleshooting skills

Annual base pay range : $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 + annual bonus potential.
