Finance Assistant
Crewe
£12ph – £15ph
You must be able to commit for a minimum of 6 weeks to this assignment. Primarily the role will focus on a customer account reconciliation.
The task involves
- Spreadsheets- using lookups and pivots to manage a large master data set and creating sub lists
- Reconciling accounting entries from our internal accounting system with customer payments
- Understanding a third party (a customers) portal for electronically querying payments and credits
- Liaising with the customer to understand, agree or challenge various accounting entries related to sales and returns
- Liaising internally to pull together data on sales, returns and inspections of goods
- Reporting – liaising directly with the FD but also keeping other directors abreast of progress
Based on these tasks the ideal candidate will have
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent written and spoken skills
- Good knowledge of accounting ledgers
- Available to start asap
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
