Summary of Position

To address the talent needs of JobsOhio’s focus industries, JobsOhio has developed a customized talent incentive designed to assist the company by assessing their full candidate journey : employer brand, awareness, recruiting, acquisition and training.
JobsOhio has also developed a strong complimentary portfolio of talent strategies to strengthen talent in the state by increasing production of graduates in in-demand skills, help train (upskill / reskill) workers, and increase connections between employers and jobseekers.
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for creating talent acquisition strategies and tactics related to JobsOhio’s talent portfolio of initiatives including our incentive for project companies.
You will work effectively with cross-functional Talent team members, stakeholders and vendors to advise on trends and best practices as well as build customized talent acquisition plans.
Duties and Responsibilities

This position will require some travel throughout the state of Ohio to visit with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, as needed.

Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, marketing, or related field OR significant relevant work experience in related fields
