Job Description :

We are looking for a dynamic Logic Manager to join our team in Mason, Ohio. As a team lead, you will work on cutting-edge products across our Space & Sensors Division, including infrared sensors, space avionics, and communication.

You will lead a team of 8-12 Logic Engineers, supporting new business pursuits, special projects, process improvements, research and development, and production programs.

This position s to the Electrical Engineering Department Manager.

Responsibilities :

• Manage and develop the Logic Engineering team, including staffing, training, talent development, and retention
• Plan and allocate resources for programs, projects, and internal efforts
• Drive the development of engineering technologies and processes
• Provide technical coaching and support to engineers
• Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive change and improve practices
• Contribute to the development of new products and processes
• Serve as both a technical leader and contributor to space and sensors programs

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• Minimum 9 years of related experience, or a graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years of related experience, or 13 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in a Logic Engineering role

• Willingness to travel as required
• DoD and / or Space program experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense Secret clearance if needed
• Prior leadership experience
