Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our engineering recruitment efforts.
This role will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes within the engineering industry, with a keen understanding of how to leverage modern recruitment tools and strategies.
Responsibilities :
As the Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager, you will :
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to meet the human capital needs of our engineering operations.
2. Utilize your expertise in Ceridian / Day Force and ATS to streamline and optimize our recruitment processes.
3. Develop and maintain a strong network of professional relationships to ensure a consistent pipeline of top-tier engineering talent.
4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and competencies needed for open positions.
5. Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
6. Oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to interviewing to hiring, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
7. Use data-driven approaches to monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics, using insights to improve recruitment strategies and processes.
8. Ensure compliance with local and federal recruitment regulations.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Talent Acquisition Manager position will have :
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3-5 years of management experience in talent acquisition, specifically within the engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with Talent Management and Talent Acquisition strategies and practices.
4. Expertise in using Ceridian / Day Force and ATS for recruitment purposes.
5. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
7. A strategic mindset, with the ability to anticipate future recruitment needs and trends.
8. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
