We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing team in the Medical industry.

This position is a contract role with the potential for extension or direct hire. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the healthcare sector.

You will be responsible for aspects of the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing candidates, qualifying them, arranging interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

This role requires a high level of organization, communication skills, and proficiency in using recruitment software and tools such as Microsoft Teams and Indeed.

Responsibilities :

As a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, etc.

2. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.

3. Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities.

4. Coordinating and scheduling interviews, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates.

5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization.

6. Ensuring all recruitment activities are compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

7. Maintaining and updating candidate databases and tracking systems.

8. Providing timely updates to candidates on their application status.

9. Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires..

Qualifications :

To be considered for the Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator position, you must possess the following :

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.

2. Proven experience with candidate sourcing and recruitment.

3. Experience with Microsoft Teams for calendar management and interview arrangements

3. Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms such as Indeed.

4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.

5. Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.

6. Experience in the medical industry is a plus.
