Job Details
–

• Required skills: Product Design, Project Management, Project Leadership, Research, Ability to implement best practices in R&D, and collaboration across functional areas.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, production supervisors, schedulers, procurement, and finance teams to create precise multi-level Bills of Material (BOM) for use in manufacturing and costing systems.
• Get trained on the item setup process, document the procedures, and identify opportunities to streamline the process.
• Responsible for creating and editing BOM, analyzing manufacturing data and system output to ensure item structure integrity and cost accuracy.

What you need for this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, testing processes, and product design proficiency
• Experience in project management and strong multitasking skills, self-motivated, curious, and driven to execute and achieve targets
• Proficient in using Excel, Access, Word, and IQMS to build robust forecasting, planning, and analytical tools and models
• Strong bias for action, execution, and continuous improvements to help the business sustainably meet or exceed its goals
• Business acumen – knowledgeable in current and possible future trends, and policies affecting the business, and can anticipate current trends for future advantage
• Experience presenting information and ideas to all levels of management in an articulate manner, gaining alignment, and driving execution
