This position s to the Logistics Manager and is responsible for receiving, storage, packaging, crating and preparation for shipment of manufactured products, and actively participates in the daily receiving, shipping, order processing, and inventory control processes.

Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding career in the manufacturing industry? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Logistics Specialist to join our dynamic team.

This role is integral to our operations and requires an individual who is not only experienced, but also driven, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our logistics operations, ensuring that our products reach their destinations safely, timely, and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods in our warehouse.
• Utilize warehouse management systems to organize and prioritize daily workload.
• Coordinate and oversee the shipping process, ensuring that all products are packed and shipped correctly and efficiently.
• Manage the fulfillment of orders, ensuring that all products are delivered to the right location on time.
• Process and manage purchase orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Utilize ERP systems to manage inventory, track shipments, and generate s.
• Perform order entries accurately and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners to move and manage goods.
• Ensure that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve logistics processes and solve any logistical issues.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehouse management, or a related field.
• Proven experience with receiving, warehouse management, shipping, fulfillment, and purchase orders.
• Experience with ERP systems and order entry.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with various departments.
• Commitment to adhering to safety regulations and standards.
