Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Implement and manage transportation management systems to optimize freight and delivery processes.
• Handle inventory management and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate freight logistics, including planning, scheduling, and tracking of shipments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts and prices to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement cost management strategies to optimize logistics operations and reduce overall expenses.
• Prepare and present detailed logistics s to the management, highlighting performance, areas of improvement, and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems and processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in retail, transportation management systems, inventory management, freight logistics, vendor relations, cost management, and ing.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and inventory management software.
• Exceptional negotiation and vendor management skills.
