We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading pharmacy company.

As a Logistics Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient and timely distribution of pharmaceutical products to various locations.

Responsibilities :

Supply Chain Optimization :

• Develop and implement strategies to streamline supply chain processes, enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.

Distribution Management :

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the transportation and distribution of pharmaceutical products from suppliers to distribution centers and retail locations.
• Collaborate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Warehouse Operations :

• Supervise and optimize warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping processes.
• Implement best practices for warehouse organization and inventory accuracy.

Compliance and Quality Assurance :

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, including those related to the transportation and storage of pharmaceuticals.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain the integrity of products throughout the supply chain.

Vendor Management :

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective logistics solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and service agreements to secure favorable terms.

Team Leadership :

Qualifications :

• Proven experience 6 in logistics management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical distribution.
• Proficient in using logistics software and technology.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
