We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to play a crucial role in the smooth operation of our supply chain.

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the movement of goods and materials from suppliers to customers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

This role requires a strong understanding of warehouse management, shipping and receiving procedures, vendor management, and overall logistics operations.

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee and manage the entire logistics process, from the receipt of goods to their final delivery.

2. Ensure the proper and timely recording, documentation, and control of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

3. Coordinate and monitor the supply chain operations, from order placement to delivery, ensuring smooth and timely flow.

4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and prices when necessary.

5. Implement and manage warehouse strategies to ensure optimal space utilization and efficient inventory management.

6. Coordinate with various departments, such as production and sales, to forecast future company needs and ensure product availability.

7. Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to logistics in a timely and effective manner.

8. Prepare accurate s for upper management and stakeholders.

9. Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices.

3. Proven experience in logistics management, including receiving, shipping, and vendor management.

4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.

6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.

8. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.

9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

10. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

11. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
