Jobot is working with a mid-sized company in the wholesale / retail / e-commerce environment that is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team – located in the Metro West area.

The position is responsible for leading all digital marketing initiatives and will be working directly with the leadership team.

Job Details

Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and online sales.
• Drive the digital marketing roadmap and manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.
• Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget based on forecasts.
• Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels including SEO / SEM, email marketing, social media, display, and retarget advertising campaigns.
• Utilize Customer Data Platform (CDP) to develop and optimize marketing strategies.
• Work closely with the sales and product development teams to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the wholesale OR retail industries.
• In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, online marketing tools, and best practices.
• Experience with SEO, CRM, CDP, digital display, and budget management.
• Knowledge of web analytics tools and the ability to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
• Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required. Advanced certification in Google Analytics or AdWords is a plus.
