Overview Currently seeking a Building Automation Account Executive / Sales Engineer to join a growing technology solutions provider/systems integrator firm in the Denver market. You’ll be at the forefront of revolutionizing the building automation landscape. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to join our team and drive our mission to create smarter, more efficient buildings.

Job Details

• Estimate, plan, specify, and negotiate building automation and energy services solutions in both the new construction and retrofit markets.
• Develop long-term business to business relationships with BAS customers by providing consulting support to architects, engineers, contractors, and owners for building control and mechanical systems.
• Interface with company engineers and technicians to ensure successful project implementation.
• Provide industry presentations and seminars to educate and influence the consulting, contracting, and building engineering communities.
• Call on customers that include but are not limited to, data centers, hospital and healthcare facilities, government buildings, school districts, and higher education buildings.

MUST HAVE

• Engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven track record in sales and account management, particularly in building automation, HVAC, or similar industries.
• Professional business to business sales experience,
• Knowledge of DDC Control Theory & Applications and Mechanical systems
