Recruiter

$60,000 to start plus great benefits

As Recruiter, you will:

• Join an established accounting firm with offices throughout Chicagoland
• Administer HR processes, with an emphasis on recruiting, onboarding and training
• Receive complete training
• Collaborate with the Director of Talent Management
• Recruit candidates for open job requisitions
• Post jobs to job boards
• Coordinate college campus recruitment efforts
• Utilize social media to drive talent engagement and talent acquisition
• Arrange and schedule interviews with qualified applicants
• Coordinate and administer onboarding processes
• Facilitate training and professional development programs for new and existing employees
• Strengthen onboarding, training and professional development processes
• Contribute to employee relations initiatives
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 1 year of Recruiter / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience
• A Bachelor’s Degree

Pluses:

• +++ PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP and/or SHRM-SCP
• +++ Experience with Talent Management Systems, LMS or HRIS
