Marketing Assistant

Up to $55,000 to start plus full benefits

As Marketing Assistant, you will:

• Join a specialist in the medical device and medical supply industry
• Receive complete training
• Administer digital and print marketing campaigns
• Create, implement and execute marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Design and create marketing collateral
• Collaborate with graphic artists, publishing companies and printers
• Perform vendor management functions
• Uphold project timelines, quality standards and budgets
• Coordinate with inside and outside sales teams
• Participate in event planning and tradeshow processes
• Run routine and special s
• Conduct routing and special analysis
• Handle special projects
• Provide additional cross-functional general office support as requested

An ideal candidate profile will include EITHER:

• (A) At least 1 years of Marketing experience
• (B) OR, a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
• QuickBooks Software proficiency
• Accurate Data Entry skills

Pluses:

• +++ Related experience from a similar industry
• +++ ACT Proficiency
