Accounts Payable Clerk (w/ Degree)

Up to $55,000 plus great company sponsored benefits

As Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Review supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness
• Match invoices against purchase orders and receipts
• Enter and process supplier invoices
• Learn to code invoices for tax purposes
• Initiate payments
• Apply payments to vendor accounts
• Make updates to spreadsheets
• Conduct post-payment account reconciliations
• Identify errors, omissions and discrepancies
• Research, troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
• Serve as a resource for suppliers and internal teams on Accounting, Vendor/Supplier and A/P matters
• Run routine and special reports
• Assist with month-end close and audit preparation processes
• Maintain manual and electronic file systems
• Handle special projects as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• Accounts Payable experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency (vLookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.)
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree

• +++ SAP experience
