Accounting Supervisor (w/ SAP)

Up to $90,000 to start plus great company-sponsored benefits

As Accounting Supervisor you will:

• Supervise daily operations in the Accounting Department
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Billing Staff Members
• Provide leadership, guidance and direction to Junior Team Members
• Allocate Department resources according to business needs
• Administer SAP Software
• File State Sales Tax Returns
• Collect and prepare accounting data for third party audit firms
• Monitor and analyze the status of customer accounts and account balances
• Perform vendor management functions
• Conduct physical inventory reviews
• Provide assistance and support to the Treasurer as requested
• Assist with month and year and close processes
• Make journal and general ledger entries
• Serve as an ongoing resource for Junior Team Members
• Handle escalated Accounting Department issues
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 5 years of Accounting experience

With:

• SAP experience
• Microsoft Excel experience
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or similar
