Accountant and Bookkeeper (40% WFH)

Up to $65,000 to start plus full benefits and annual bonus

Hybrid WFH / 2 WFH and 3 In Office Days Per Week

As Accountant and Bookkeeper, you will:

• Receive complete training
• Assist with daily accounting and financial operations
• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Run routine and special reports
• Conduct routine and special analysis
• Assist with budgetary processes
• Assist with tax preparation processes
• Coordinate with third-party auditors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various internal teams
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement efforts
• Handle special projects
• Perform other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 3 years of Accounting and Finance experience
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, Formulas, etc.)
• A Bachelor’s Degree
