HVAC Account Manager

Up to $75,000 to start plus great benefits and quarterly bonuses totaling up to 20% of salary annually

As HVAC Account Manager, your job duties will include:

• Receiving complete training
• Learning to manage relationships with key strategic accounts in the HVAC Industry
• Learning to administer the NetSuite CRM
• Monitoring, tracking and analyzing open orders and inventory supply levels
• Ensuring there are adequate inventory stock levels to meet customer demand
• Learning to develop strategic action plans for each account
• Running routine and special s for your accounts
• Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPI’s)
• Communicating with customers by phone and email
• Answering questions and address inquiries
• Providing information on product pricing, availability and lead times
• Generating price quotes
• Taking, entering and processing orders
• Making additional product suggestions as appropriate
• Collaborating with internal teams
• Expediting rush orders upon request
• Updating customer account information in the CRM
• Participating in team meetings
• Performing other duties as assigned

An ideal candidate profile will include:

• At least 2 year of Account Management, Business Development and/or Sales experience
• Mechanical knowledge

With:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Accurate Data Entry skills
• Proficiency with ANY CRM Software
• A High School Diploma or Equivalent

Pluses:

• +++ An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
• +++ NetSuite proficiency
