The ideal candidate for the position of a restaurant talent acquisition should possess exceptional interpersonal skills and feel at ease interacting with new people frequently.

Furthermore, they must have a keen eye for identifying the potential of candidates through clever questioning techniques.

The candidate should also possess excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates, and be committed to meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The primary responsibilities of the restaurant manager would include maintaining and developing a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions, conducting interviews via phone or in-person, qualifying or rejecting candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews, and serving as the contact person for questions from candidates.

The candidate should also be able to meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails.

The qualifications required for the position include effective communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, experience working with Microsoft Office suite, high-energy and passion, and a demonstrated ability to meet quotas.
