Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual for a full-time, on-site role based in Bolton, ON. The role involves daily responsibilities to enhance the customer experience, including providing expert product knowledge, offering personalized recommendations, maintaining store displays, and working collaboratively with the team. You will play a pivotal role in upholding Sephora’s commitment to delivering outstanding service while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for every customer.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of beauty products in categories such as skincare, make-up, haircare, and fragrance
• Demonstrated experience in customer service, relationship building, and delivering exceptional in-store experiences
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers
• Proven ability to maintain product displays, ensure inventory accuracy, and uphold store aesthetics
• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment
• Passion for beauty and commitment to staying current with trends and product innovations
• Previous experience in retail or beauty-related roles is an asset
