We are looking for an Junior Car Sales professional to join our team.

No sales experience is acceptable. As long as you have a positive mindset and willing to earn a high pay cheque. We will train the right candidate.

As a Junior Car Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their vehicle purchasing process and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed sales targets while ensuring a positive buying experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

– Greet and engage customers, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences.

– Conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of different vehicles.

– Provide accurate and detailed information on pricing, financing options, warranties, and additional services.

– Collaborate with customers to identify the most suitable vehicle based on their budget and requirements.

– Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing profitability.

– Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

– Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

– Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

– Driver License.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

– Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

– Good organizational and time management skills.

Experience: No experience is acceptable.

Compensation: 20% Commission.

Example: You sold a car for $25,000. Minus invoice $20,000. Net Profit $5,000. Your 20% commission is $1,000.

***Average salesman sold 10 cars a month, which is $10,000 income per month.

Salary: $83,537.00-$93,400.00 per year
