Our client located in Westwood, MA is looking to bring on a new Manager of Talent Acquisition on a permanent basis immediately. The client is looking for a candidate with five plus years of recruiting experience who comes with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field. One must have the ability to work in a fast paced everchanging work environment where daily tasks can change quickly. Someone who comes with agency experience is highly desired.

The ideal candidate will need be detail oriented and organized as the HR team is small yet efficient and the person hired for this opportunity must be able to function in a small office environment where tight deadlines need to be met daily. Must come with experience leading a small team of recruiters in a high requisition environment.

The main job responsibilities for this Recruiting Manager opportunity include the following:

• Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; using job boards and on-line recruiting resources
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
• Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
• Manages all internal transfers
• Manage ATS and review/approve monthly invoices
• Manage all new site start-ups
• Manage all remote hiring from Account Managers
• Schedule and run ATS training for Account Managers
• Manage all communications with background check vendor
• Manage all on-site and off-site orientation
• Assist with managing onboarding of applicants
• Manage and supervise background vendor employment check follow-up
• Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; emphasizing benefits and perks
• Assist Human Resources Director as needed.
