DISTRICT DIRECTOR OPPORTUNITY — BASE SALARY: $80,000 + PERFORMANCE BONUS: UP TO $25,000!!!!

Position Summary

The District Director will act as a leader, coach and supervisor while managing the talent, brand, and operations of multiple Celebree Schools that are owned and operated by a licensed Celebree Franchisee. This includes leading a team of School Directors to deliver on our brand promise. This top leadership position drives quality and consistency of the School experience across the District (three counties) to maximize the quality, capacity, and financial success of the District. This role also develops talent and inspires a culture of learning that is focused on upholding our values, creating an exceptional parent/child/teacher experience, fostering accountability, and providing recognition in order to achieve and exceed business performance goals.

Essential Functions

· Provides timely, consistent, and ongoing feedback through biweekly visits, quarterly competency assessments, email/phone communication, individualized growth plans and annual reviews

· Works closely with management teams and recruiter to ensure timely and appropriate communication of talent needs

· Works closely with the CFO and CEO to create a high-performance organization that reflects the culture in its hiring

· Pursues growth opportunities for management members through ongoing and effective career development opportunities inside and outside of the organization

· Inspires a shared vision by setting clear goals and fostering a positive and rewarding environment

• Facilitates the execution of developmentally appropriate Early Childhood Education practices.

• Builds an environment that is focused on consistently delivering an exceptional Parent / Child experience

• Empowers team members to work within clear boundaries and confronts outlier behavior with feedback and consequences

• Ensures exceptional customer service experiences through immediate and thorough responses to parent concerns

• Ensures that the District represents and reinforces the brand in a positive manner through crisp visual presentation Operations

• Consistently monitors District and School level performance for trends, outliers, and best practices

• Effectively communicates company goals and objectives, organizational changes in focus, systems, and processes to the district

• Provides coaching to managers to maintain a focus on customer acquisition and retention, using the established processes, tools, and resources provided 2

• Knows the market surrounding each location and works with management to create an effective marketing strategy to maximize competitive advantage within the market

• Ensures district-wide compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines, as well as company policies and procedures

• Through School visits and field communication recommends impactful solutions to the President/CEO

• Integrates observations from School visits and weekly results in order to coach managers on effective smart action plans

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Maryland Child Office of Child Care (OCC) staffing and licensing requirements.

• A thorough understanding of the behavioral and developmental stages of children.

• Strong verbal, written, computer and communication skills.

• Ability to travel to multiple sites required.

• Availability to work periodic weekends and evenings.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Education.

• Five (5) years of leadership and multi-site management experience.

• Certification in CPR and First Aid.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
