JMK Hiring for Hvac – Plumbing Dispatcher at Remote Full Time

$45,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
• Monitor service calls and arrival times
• Schedule service calls for customers and field teams
• Document service schedules and customer complaints
• Plot and shift service calls when necessary

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
• Exceptional communication, customer service, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher is preferred, but not required
• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree

• Knowledge of HVAC or Plumbing industry
• Maintenance knowledge and/or experience strongly preferred
• Experience with ServiceTitan is a plus
